南昌职业大学“红杜鹃”合唱团指导教师简介（一）
蔡春宝，男，中共党员，研究生，硕士，副教授，高级“双师型”教师。现任南昌职业大学“红杜鹃”合唱团团长。全国普通高等学校本科教育教学评估专家、国家艺术基金专家库专家、江西省文化和旅游专家库专家。中国音乐家协会会员、中国合唱协会会员、中国教育学会会员、江西省音乐家协会会员等。
江西省音乐表演高水平专业群负责人、江西省“十四五”首批职业教育音乐表演专业群专业教学资源库负责人、江西省职业教育一流核心课程《合唱与指挥》（线下）课程负责人、校级党员优秀教学创新示范团队等项目负责人。发表论文16篇，其中核心2篇；论著2部；主编副主编教材6部；主持省级课题5项，参与省级课题10项。
2018年、2019年、2021年、2022年分别荣获江西省教学成果荣获一等奖2项和二等奖2项；指挥节目参加省级比赛一等奖等30项等奖项荣誉，江西省委组织部、中共江西省教育工委、江西省教育厅、江西省文化与旅游厅授予“优秀指挥奖”6项。2021年6月，中共江西省委教育工作委员会授予“全省教育系统优秀共产党员称号”。

张奇，男，中共党员，研究生，硕士，毕业于江西师范大学合唱艺术与指挥专业，师从李新荣副教授。现任南昌职业大学红杜鹃合唱团常任指挥、北京Harmonia和谐之声合唱团团员、南昌市合唱家协会理事。
部分获奖经历如下：
2021 年 6 月荣获江西省教育系统庆祝建党百年合唱比赛甲组一等奖；
2022 年 10 月荣获江西省第二届大中小合唱比赛乙组一等奖第一名；
2023 年 11月荣获江西省第三届大中小合唱比赛教师组一等奖第一名；

Honored Artist of the Republic of Karelia (Russia), Bass-bariton.
Main courses and teaching advantages: vocal performance and teaching, piano accompaniment, stage performance.
Former assistant professor at Petrozavodsk State Conservatory of Music; Assistant professor at the Department of Vocal and Theatre Arts and the Department of chamber ensemble and Accompanist Class;
Leading soloist at the Musical Theatre Republic of Karelia (Russia).
Toured and performed in Norway, Italy, Belarussia and other places.
Rich experience in stage singing; preparing Chinese and foreign students to win awards in national and provincial vocal music competitions, exams and concerts and assist in admission to Russian conservatories.

袁玥，女，中共党员，博士在读，副教授。现任南昌职业大学“红杜鹃”合唱团艺术指导。江西省音乐家协会会员、江西省钢琴协会会员、中国音乐学院社会水平考级考官。共获批1项省级精品在线开放课程《经典红色电影歌曲赏析》；主持6项省级课题，其中教改课题获得优秀结题；发表论文10余篇，其中EI期刊1篇；并在第九届、第十届大学生艺术展演中荣获多项“优秀指导教师”。

刘子倩，女，硕士研究生。现任南昌职业大学“红杜鹃”合唱团艺术指导。毕业于法国亚眠公立音乐舞蹈学院，主修钢琴演奏，辅修管风琴、羽管键琴；师从于法国钢琴家Vanya Cohen，并多次受到著名钢琴家Wilhem Latchoumia的指导。在法期间曾任职于Faubourg de Beauvais学校和法国亚眠Saint-Acheul音乐学校歌剧团艺术指导。
曾获布鲁塞尔国际音乐大师大奖赛青年组冠军，并受邀于布鲁塞尔艺术中心演出；与法国指挥家Lucie Leguay、皮卡第交响乐团合作钢琴协奏；法国上法兰西大区钢琴选拔大赛第二名;组织、策划并成功举办了中法主题音乐会；法国亚眠圣母大教堂管风琴演出；法国音乐节室内乐演出被推选为“最受观众欢迎”节目。

陈波，男，中共党员，硕士研究生。现任南昌职业大学“红杜鹃”合唱团艺术指导。毕业于江西财经大学艺术学院钢琴演奏专业，师从马艳副教授。江西省艺术教育协会理事、江西省文促会钢琴专业委员会会员、中国钢琴教育先锋人物。
读研期间多次受到钢琴家鲍蕙荞、吴晓以及格涅辛音乐学院教授、艺术指导专业博士生导师Kravets Marina的指导。曾获国家一等学业奖学金、第五届肖邦国际青少年钢琴公开赛青年组金奖、第八届全国大学生艺术展演一等奖、俄罗斯国际音乐比赛钢琴独奏二等奖，多篇学术著作发表于省级期刊。2021年荣获江西省职业技能大赛艺术表演（合唱）“优秀指导教师奖”。
